GracewayStudents
In our high school ministry, we aim to help students grow into confident followers of Jesus. GracewayYouth is a place for 8th-12th graders to engage deeply with God’s Word, develop strong Christ-centered friendships, and learn how to live on mission in the world around them.
Our Ministry
Led by a committed team of staff and volunteers, GracewayStudents exists to help students grow into confident, lifelong followers of Jesus. We are intentional about guiding students beyond simply knowing Scripture to engaging with it thoughtfully and applying it personally as they learn to own their faith. Through meaningful teaching, authentic community, and shared experiences, we create space for lasting friendships and spiritual growth. Our desire is not just for students to study their faith, but to live it out with purpose- at school, at home, and in the world around them.
Sunday Mornings
GracewayStudents meets during our Life Group hour from 9:00-10:30am
Our high school students explore God’s Word through intentional teaching that connects Scripture to real life questions and challenges. Whether through a topical series or focused studies, our goal is to help students think deeply about their faith, ask honest questions, and apply biblical truth to everyday life.
Here’s what you and your student can expect:
Check-In & Welcome
- Your student will come upstairs in Building Three, where one of our trained and screened volunteers will be there to greet them and help register them in our secure database.
- We’ll gather basic information such as emergency contact, birthday, and any special instructions (allergies or unique needs).
Life Group Time
- Students gather in consistent, age and gender based groups to grow in community and in God’s Word together. Led by trusted GracewayYouth leaders, these groups provide a space for students to build meaningful relationships, engage in scripture through discussion and process how faith intersects with everyday life.
Transition to Service
- At the end of Life Groups, your student will be ready to head to the 10:30am worship service to meet up with the rest of your family.
Midweek Opportunities
High schoolers, 8th-12th grades meet Wednesday evenings, where we gather for a time of connection and community.
- Wednesday nights are designed to bring youth together for connection, worship, and Biblical teaching. Students spend time with friends, enjoy a meal ($1), play games, and worship through music led by our student band. Then they hear God’s Word taught in a relevant and engaging way, followed by small-group conversations where students can reflect, ask questions, and take next steps in faith.
- You can find us in Building Four, Wednesday nights from 5:30-7:30.

Family Resources
We believe discipleship is strongest when the church and family walk together. As we guide students to know and follow Jesus, we want you to feel informed and involved in what your student is learning and experiencing.
